We are asked to get involved at various stages of a project, but where we are contacted at an early stage, the client receives greater wins. We keep our costs low at this point, offering reduced rate design, assistance with planning applications, building control advice and drawings. Budget preparation and submissions are all within our scope.
Upon acceptance of plans, we really do look after anything and everything. So often, companies will offer their clients only part of the services needed to complete their project, Newey Installations truly offer them all. Landlord dilapidation negotiation through to building control sign off. We install gas, heating, electricity and water services. Move or install new walls. Air conditioning, sprinklers, fire detection and emergency lighting systems, lighting design and laying approved flooring to all areas.
We will design, fabricate and install specialist joinery items, provide electrical certification and organise the remedial work from your fire risk assessment.
The list really is endless and only as short as you want to make it, dependant on how much of the stress you want to be removed.
Our levels of communication through your project are down to you, from weekly site meetings to daily updates, or both. Just before the handover and after a project clean-up, we install the dental equipment and organise the training in its use. Once you’re happy that everything is where it should be, we can even organise the moving of your existing stock if you are changing locations.
You may just want a small re-decoration to one room, or a quick re-brand to a pop-up shop, we can organise that too.
We have worked from Galway to Belfast, Redruth to Aberdeen occasionally traveling to Dubai. Within our scope of services we are just as happy to do the smaller works, we have six members of our team, all capable of acting as project managers, with four of those dedicated to just that. Strategically located so as to never be too far away. To make your new project that little bit easier, we could also arrange funding, subject to status.
